PEPPERS
Better Belle Hybrid - 65 days. Excellent for stuffing. Vigorous, tobacco-mosaic tolerant plants. Maintain size and
production throughout the season. Blocky, thick-walled. Glossy green fruits mature to red.

Carmen - 75 days. Tapered 6" fruit is noticeably sweet in comparison to other in its class. Early, horn-style fruits
turn red at maturity. 2006 AAS winner.

Kung Pao
85 days. Thin wall peppers create pungent stir fry dishes. High yielding plants. Bear many fast drying peppers 4 1/2
x 1/2" peppers with a very hot yet inviting flavor. Green to red. 10,000 scovilles.

Giant Marconi - 72 days. AAS Winner. A heavy-yielding variety that produces 6" to 8" green fruits that mature to a
bright red, are about 3" diameter at the top and are 3-lobed. A thin-skinned variety that can be used in salads,
roasted on the grill, or pan-fried with tomatoes and eggplant.

Gypsy - Yellow fruits are long and pendulous. Sweet and very productive.

Habanero - 95 days. Tapered, pale-green fruits have a wrinkled skin and turn orange at maturity.
50 times hotter
than a Jalapeno.
200,000 to 300,000 scovilles.

Hungarian Sweet - 70 days. 5 1/2" x 1/2" tapered yellow fruits with a thin wall. Peppers are used mostly for
pickling.

Jalapa -
Hot pepper. 65 days. Vigorous and compact. Medium green peppers turn to red. 4,000 scovilles.

Mariachi - 2006 AAS winner. 65 days. Improved cone-shaped, 3-4" fruit ideally suited for gardens. A palatable
pepper that is not too hot to eat. 500-600 scovilles.

North Star - 70 days. Sets fruit under adverse conditions. Matures green to red.

Red Beauty - 68 days green. 82 days red. High yields of early, thick-walled, four-lobed peppers.
Very sweet flavor.

Serrano Hot Chili - 75 days. Very pungent fruit, 2 1/4" in diameter. Slim, club-shaped green peppers with
medium-thin walls maturing to bright red. Plants 30" tall. 30,000 scovilles.

Super Chili Hyb - 75 days. AAS award winning pepper. The first hybrid chili pepper.
Pungent thin-walled fruits are
cone-shaped, about 2 1/2" long; hotter than Jalapeno, but not as fiery as cayenne. Harvest at green or mature red
stage. 80,000 scovilles.

Tasty Golden Bell - 70 days. Sweet large blocky peppers. Thick-walled, crisp golden flesh ripening uniformly to a
bright red.
