ONIONS
Red Burgermaster - 111 days. Bright red, round, 3 1/2" onions have mildly pungent red and white flesh. Well-suited to
the northern U.S.
Super Star - 100 days. AAS Winner. A daylength neutral white onion which means it can be grown as a spring crop
anywhere in North America. Produces 1 lb. white-skinned onions with good storage life.
Utah Yellow Sweet Spanish - 110 days. Very large, globe-shaped, mild, fine-grained and sweet. Excellent raw or
cooked. Light yellow skin; pure white, firm, crisp flesh. Mature onions uniform, 4" - 6" diameter.

Hyb. Candy - 85 days. The midday onion! A cross between a long day and a short day onion. Unique, sweet with mild
flavor, provided extreme early maturity and produces jumbo bulb sizes. Golden-brown exterior with attractive white
flesh. If cured properly, these bulbs will keep until February.
Hyb. First Edition - Long day. The best keeper with outstanding long-term storage. Well adapted to Midwest growing
conditions. Pungent flavor. Vigorous, high-yielding, uniform 2-3" globe-shaped yellow bulbs.
Hyb. Mr. Society - Sweetest yellow onion. Bulbs 8-10 ozs. Vidalia type.
Hyb. Miss Society - A medium large, white semi-globe onion, flat on top. Unexcelled for pulling green. Has extreme
mildness and mellow onion flavor. A good yielder.
Red Hamburger - Sweet, fine-textured, 3-4" bulbs. Perfect for sandwiches, salads, relishes.
Texas 1015Y Supersweet - Yellow onion. Round "Granno" variety. The bigger in gets, the sweeter.
Walla Walla - Long day. An extremely mild, very large flattened bulb, yellow onion that will please any onion lover.
Excellent raw or cooked. However, it is not a storage onion.
White Sweet Spanish - White skinned, medium-large, mild-flavored bulb. Round and firm. Good keeper.
Yellow Sweet Spanish - Extra large, light-brown skinned bulbs. White flesh. Mild flavor. Best keeping quality.
