CABBAGE
Danish Ballhead - 100 days. Heads 6-7 lbs., round, bluegreen in color. Keeps well and is very good for kraut.
Golden Acre - 60-65 days. Round, solid heads, grey-green in color, 6 – 6 ½” in diameter. Average weight is 5 lbs.
Ruby Perfection - 65 days. Red, solid, ball-shaped head with short core. Sweet flavor, holds color in cooking. Heads
weigh in the 5 lb. Range. Slow to burst.
Stonehead - 50 days. Very early producer of 3 ½ lb. nearly round heads. Uniformly short stemmed with extremely
solid interior. Excellent holding ability for an early hybrid. Can be used for kraut.
Mix - A variety of cabbages that provide maturing cabbage throughout the season.
Pak Choi - 55 days. Joi Choi Hybrid. Very tender, shiny, dark green leaves, tender white stalks. Uniform plants are
slow to bolt. Cold tolerant.
CAULIFLOWER
Snowcrown - 50 days. Early and vigorous growing snowball-type. Head is well rounded. Very smooth pure white,
weighing about 2 pounds and of excellent quality.
Self Blanche - 68 days. Pure white, well-shaped heads of fine texture when grown in cool weather. May need tying in
warm weather.
BROCCOLI
Premium Crop - 58 days. AAS winner. Large, firm head with small, smooth, fine-textured beads and tender stems.
BRUSSELS SPROUTS
Jade Cross Hybrid - 90 days. An improvement on Jade Cross. Sprouts are larger and easier to harvest. Plants slightly
taller. Large, firm, bluegreen sprouts of excellent quality closely set around stems. Freezes well.
KOHLRABI
Grand Duke Hybrid - 45 days. AAS winner. Easy to grow, tasty crop, high yields in limited space. Plants form
rounded, smooth, bulbous stems above soil level, up to 4 in. across. Delicious raw, in salads or cooked. Disease
tolerant; resist cold weather, light frosts and adverse weather conditions.
